April 2011 I started a journey with the Proactiv doctors that would forever change my life...

When my husband and I learned about the opportunity I thought it sounded amazing, but I knew it wasn't for me! As a mom of soon-to-be three young boys, a project manager at job I already liked, and a husband who traveled for work, I knew I would never have time for something like this. Plus, I am engineer, I don't know how to sell things, let alone sell skincare.

My husband, however, had a very different idea. He immediately saw the opportunity to partner with two of the most well-known dermatologists in the world. They had already proven themselves with Proactiv on a global level. Additionally, Rodan + Fields was previously the number one clinical skincare line in high-end retail. And we got to be one of the first to join this ground floor opportunity. It was a no brainer.

Obviously, the rest is history. We signed up immediately that night. I began telling people about the business and the products and starting growing an organization. In a few months I had 12 people (including customers) involved in my business. A year later that number grew to over 185. In two and a half years, it turned into over 500 people!

Just shy of three years into the business,s I also stepped away from my amazing career to spend more time with the boys and their activities and to solely dedicate my working time to Rodan + Fields. What a blessing this has been.

In a few hours per week, every week, I worked my business. The simplicity of the business model and ease of product distribution makes it possible for me to work in small snippets of time, here and there, from my iPhone. I work with high caliber women including lawyers, CFO's, nurses, CPA's, teachers, and PR Executives, plus we have the most amazing support and training. No brainer. Ryan was right!

And then there's the products - I honestly didn't think I would be a walking billboard for this company...I didn't really have wrinkles, I wasn't sensitive, and I didn't have acne. But, I used our Reverse regimen that completely transformed my dull, freckle face full of sun damage, into a clean, radiant slate. For over two years I have been completely foundation free. This is huge for a busy mom!
