From the heart of the Midwest, the founders of the Hesse Team, Scott and Terri Hesse, spent 20 years
creating, operating, and expanding their landscaping company and retail garden center in O’Fallon, IL. Their strong business sense, savvy marketing, and uncompromising work ethic lead them to create one of the most successful garden centers in the Metro-East.

Leveraging their experience as successful entrepreneurs has proven beneficial to The Hesse Team and allowed them to rapidly join the top ranks of the sales staff at Keller Williams Realty Gold, Englewood, FL, where they are consistently a ‘Top Ten’ producer.

WHY THE HESSE TEAM IS DIFFERENT
The Hesse Team has recently expanded with the addition of Ryan Hesse and Allison Teague. Ryan, a
graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University, serves as a Buyer Specialist for The Hesse Team. Prior to joining the team, Ryan served as a Regional Sales Director for One Source Linens in Denver, CO. His strong
interpersonal skills and in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market allow him to help customers find the best homes on the market to meet their needs. Allison Teague is the Creative Marketing Director for The Hesse Team. A native of Boulder, Colorado, and graduate of the Savannah School of Art and Design, she implements sensational, effective strategies, including Social Media, to get homes sold in less time, for more money. With The Hesse Team, customers get an entire team working on their behalf.

GIVING BACK
Scott and Terri are passionate dog-lovers and are staunch supporters of dog rescue. In keeping with their commitment to dog rescue efforts, for every real estate transaction closed by The Hesse Team, a monetary donation will be made to dog rescue organizations in honor of their 4 beloved rescue dogs: Andy, Bella, Garth, and Reese.

FAMILY
Scott and Terri are the proud parents of three children: Ryan, Sarah, and Patrick. Ryan is a Buyer Specialist for The Hesse Team. Sarah is a recent graduate of the University of Missouri and has recently joined her brother, Patrick, at the University of Kentucky, to complete a graduate degree in Education. Patrick is a UK senior and is pursuing a degree in Economics. In their free time, Scott, Terri, Ryan, and Allison can often be found boarding a flight to Lexington to cheer on the University of KY Wildcats, or to enjoy some
world-renowned KY horse racing together with Sarah and Patrick.
