The Hive

Opened by Carla Brown in 2007, The Hive is Lexington's first *green* salon!

All color lines used are ammonia-free & well reputed. We use Neuma and AG products that are organic/vegan/sulfate-free, in addition to carrying some Moroccan Oil brand products that have been considered hair gold by many!

Men, women, & children are all welcome!!!

We showcase & sell local artists' wares, including but not limited to paintings, jewelry, photography, & pottery. Each month we feature a different local artist, so please feel free to contact us if you're interested in displaying your work!

The Hive has been a gathering point for many wonderful community events, live music shows, & 2nd home of the March Madness Marching Band!!!

We are also a proud member of Local First Lexington, a group that encourages people to shop locally!
