Matt has been selling real estate in Traverse City since 2005 and since 2007 he has been among the top in the area for his sales. In 2008 Matt was awarded the Top Producer in gross closed commissions for EXIT Realty Michigan. In 2009 he received the awards for, Top closed sides and sponsoring. Also in 2009 Matt was awarded the prestigious Presidents Award given to only one agent among the Board of Realtors. In that year he also served as a reverse mentor to the same board which was the pilot program for the rest of the Country. In this role Matt gave his opinion on how the Realtor association should move into the technology world as the millennial group began to move towards home ownership. In 2014 Matt received recognition for closed sales which put him among the top 7 in the State for EXIT Realty. Finally, in 2015 at EXIT’s National Convention, Matt was awarded the sought after International Bronze Award for closed sales in Nashville, TN from the Founder of EXIT Realty International, Steve Morris.

Matt’s role in the group is to be there for all of his clients. Negotiate on their behalf and facilitate each sale as it was his own. He also believes strongly in the Realtor Code of Ethics; therefore, you can trust him, and his team, to handle even the most delicate of information during your moving process.
