The Independence Center

Our Home Health Care division follows the same philosophy as The IC. We believe that people have the right to receive necessary skilled and unskilled care, how and where they choose in order to maintain their individual independence. We provide a full range of services to clients in their homes including Skilled Nursing, Certified Nurse’s Aide, Personal Care Provider, In-Home Support Services, Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy. We specialize in long-term care and offer no-cost in-home evaluations for new clients. We are Medicaid and Medicare Certified and Licensed with the State of Colorado.
