The Insandity Beach Race

The Insandity Race at Woodlawn Beach State Park combines obstacles, the grit and beauty of sand, and the force of water in all out 5K battle along Lake Erie to see who will take home the symbolic “Insandity Trident” as the envied male and female champion.

There is also a children’s version of the Insandity Race, which will begin after the adult races have finished. Each child will receive their time and photo with the Insandity Trident for their participation in the race.

A portion of the proceeds will go to Hearts for the Homeless (Buffalo).
