Here at the Institute of Martial Arts in San Jose we offer classes to accommodate from beginners to the elite levels for men, women, and children.

We offer classes in Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Krav Maga, Strength/Conditioning & MMA. We have Kid’s Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts programs designed to teach your child excellent values; all while building a solid foundation of discipline, dedication, responsibility and respect.
