The Intelligent Potter

Susan Croom, Owner and Artist of The Intelligent Potter produces handcrafted stoneware and porcelain functional items. She trained and worked for over 25 years as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Supervisor Designation while working in clay part time. She left counseling in 2016 to work in clay full time and hasn't looked back. In additional to designing, throwing and hand building pieces, she takes custom orders and offers private lessons in her studio in Oakwood, Ohio.
