The Iveys NWA

The Iveys is NWA’s first TORNADO safe neighborhood. Every home comes with an in-ground tornado shelter installed in the garage. These homes feature granite countertops, real wood floors, central VAC, security, outdoor fireplaces and surround sound wiring. The subdivision will feature a 4 acre park setup for sports and a playground. The neighborhood will also have a pool and pool house.
