The Jeremiah Plan

Hi, we are the Jeremiah Plan! We started in 2015 as a way to raise funds to adopt our youngest son, but we grew to yearn to spread encouragement to others who may need to be reminded that God has a bigger plan.

While waiting for our son to be born, a certain verse stood out to us. Jeremiah 29:11 says, "'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.'" God chose us to be this little boy's parents, and He had a plan for our family. How comforting is that!

In the course of just two months, our baby boy was born by emergency c-section, was labeled "failure to thrive", had a life-saving surgery, and was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease. We struggled to understand why God blessed us with this wonderful little boy, only to make him SICK. Then, just a couple months later, our other son was struggling with health issues of his own that doctors were unable to diagnose. Now, God gave us two little boys with illnesses?? What is His plan?? Well, I tell you, we still don't know, but we take comfort knowing that He does, in fact, have a plan!

That same Bible verse means something a little bit different to us now; sometimes God's plan does not make sense, but we need to have faith in it regardless! Our goal is to share this message. We design and wood-burn one-of-a-kind signs as a reminder that God's ultimate plan is in play, and we need to breathe, whisper "Thy will be done", and have faith that God's promise will hold true. He knows your future, and you need only have hope.
