Thank you for considering me as your health coach. For the last three years fitness and health has been my passion. I was just like you confused, lost, and didn't know where to start and 60 lbs later I got it right. I started a group last year where I just gave advice. tips, and encouragement and out of it came many success stories. Now its time to kick it up a notch.

I am to the rescue my coaching will offer weekly meal plans, private one on one coaching, cooking videos, recipes, exercise ideas, and a weekly FB live discussion. I will teach you how to start from the inside out and also how to maintain your weight loss.
