The Keep

The Keep, a modern brasserie environment, offers two destinations within The Leveque Tower, The Bar and The Restaurant. Inspired by the 1920’s when the historic LeVeque was created, guests can indulge in classic reinvented fare in a warm luxe environment. The Bar is coming this Spring and the Chef driven restaurant will soon follow in late Summer 2017.

The Bar at The Keep boasts a warm space that hearkens back to the 1920’s. Guests are invited to relax and lounge over small plates and a state of the art bar program. Dive into soft seating placed over an oak terrazzo floor draped in antique rugs while you take in the floor to ceiling palladium windows and patina wallpaper flanked by ambient gas light. The small plate menu provides options for drinking nibbles, pre or post theatre bites, small plates and shareable options. Drinks range from draft beers, specialty cocktails and a top notch by the glass or bottle wine program.
