TKHR began with a vision and a Bible Study in the leaky back room of a 2nd floor building with no air-conditioning or heating. This humble beginning, aimed to capture the hearts of a community long alienated by the confines of traditional church, stressed developing a true relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in harmony with one's ethnic and cultural background. TKHR was officially established under the leadership of founding Pastor Brian K. Hill Sr. on June 5th, 1999, comprising of believers from all socio-economic backgrounds, ethnic diversity and worshipers of all ages reaching hundreds of souls through it's two weekly services and outreach programs. TKHR impacts thousands of lives in central New York and throughout the globe with the message of Christ's love for all people. We are a Global Ministry With A Urban Presence!
