About the owner: Rob & Debra LaFluer from Grand Rapids MI. We have 6 kids and 12 Grand Kids. We have a big extended family that are all very close. Debra has a long time history of family that has lived on and or near Black Lake. Starting with her Grandparents who grew up in Onaway. Her dad has hunted the surrounding woods for years. Her uncle has lived on Black Lake for many years, and was the owner of the Historical Black Lake Hotel.

Why the Owner Chose Cheboygan, Michigan, United States of America:
We have purchased this property with the goal of retiring here when we get to that phase in our lives. We chose this house because of it's quaint look, feel and the location on the lake. Debra's Aunt and Uncle currently live close by. We spend a lot of time with them exploring new areas and attractions and always our favorite spots of interests. Family is very important to us and we are looking forward to bringing our family and friends up here to build memories to last a lifetime. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

The Unique Benefits at this House:
We fell in love with this spot because of the Breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The sandy beach and the sound of the loons. We are looking forward to catching a lot of fish! The house is so open and homey and the seclusion of the spot is awesome. A little paradise on earth.
