The Lotus flower can be symbolic for rebirth, spiritual awakening or life in general. The Lotus flower represents the surviving of life's tragic, hard times. The flower begins it's life in the mud and muck to grow into an object of great beauty, giving anyone who looks at it great pleasure.

Laughter...is the best medicine and changes the chemicals in our brains, making us more healthy & happier. Laughter reduces stress, depression, anger & anxiety, while increasing joy, happiness, peace of mind and improving our health.
