SHIPPING-

Current processing time for Ready to ship items BEFORE shipping is 24 hours, Custom orders BEFORE shipping is 7-14 days (Not including weekends & holidays). If you need a rush order please contact us before placing your order. Rush Shipping is available at check out.

Please make sure the address on your Order is the CORRECT shipping address. Item(s) will shipped to the address shown on buyer's order unless you have contacted us with a different address. Refunds will not be given for incorrect addresses and for returned items the buyer will be responsible for paying postage to re-send.

If your total shipping costs are less than what you pay, I will refund you the difference. If they are more, I will pay the difference.

If you want shipping extras like insurance, signature confirmation, etc. message me and we will adjust the bill to add them.

RETURNS-

All items are sold as is. If you would like more photos of any item, please email me before purchasing. Custom orders are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. If we do agree on a refund or exchange, BUYER is responsible for paying return shipping. Item MUST be returned unworn and in the same condition it was received. If item is received back to us with any postage due (postage that buyer did not pay for return shipping), missing parts, damaged or used in any way, the difference will be deducted from refund/exchange amount. NO RETURN SHIPPING FEES WILL BE REFUNDED. It is buyer's responsibility to confirm measurements of your little ones
