The living word christian church

The Living Word Christian Church is a powerful young church standing on the huge shoulders of the Old Christian Warriors for 39 years. A few of our Christian Warriors have gone on to be with the Lord and others still here keeping us lifted up in prayers still holding on to the ROCK, Our Lord Jesus Christ, upon which we were built.

We love the LORD here at The Living Word Christian Church and we love one another. Just like our Founder, Sr. Pastor Mattie Thomas, we believe that Christ is the hope of the world and the bible is the inspired Word of God. We further believe that our church is made up of born again Christians, united together to spread the gospel and honor our Lord, Jesus Christ.

In March, 2014, Pastor Mattie Thomas past the mantel on to Minister Vincent R. Moore. Pastor Moore is a bright and vibrant man that loves the Lord as well as loves The Living Word Christian Church. Pastor Moore is continuing in the footsteps of our Sr. Pastor by being concerned with the spiritual growth of the people. He has continue to provide biblical knowledge thru indept bible studies and powerful spirit filled words from the Lord every Sunday morning.

LWCC is a young church and still growing. Yes, God is still with us opening our doors for saints who are searching for truth.
