Meet The Local Humming Bird:

I want to first personally thank you for viewing my beautiful creations, and give you some inside on how and why they are created! My goal is to create one-of-a-kind, affordable, and beautiful things, just for you!

All my creations are made by hand. Each individual fabric is measured twice and cut once for perfection! I never use a wrap board for faster cuts, as this gown is just as special to me as it is to you and your Little Humming Bird. I also have expanded to offer in all my creations unlined, as well as lined tops. I started these creations with just offering lined as coverage and comfort for these little humming birds, because coverage and comfort is truly important to me. However, I have come to realize that for some Little Humming Birds, the extra coverage is not necessary, so an unlined crotchet top is now available in all gowns if requested.

This business was created in honor of my three Little Humming Birds! They love to watch me create these special gowns and sometimes assist in the creating process! They help select the themes, color combinations, and sometimes the matching sashes and headbands to complete the entire look. It is important to me to show my girls that you can make an honest living and provide a great experience to those around you. I am in the business of making the moments of dressing up or to being a flower girl special and unforgettable.

Customer service and ratings are extremely important to me as I pride myself on my creations and work. So please address any issues or concerns that may occur as soon as they arise via Etsy messages, and I will be more than happy to discuss your creation with you! The Local Humming Bird Payment Policy:

Payments are and will be accepted through PayPal only. You can pay via debit or credit card, checking account, or Paypal balance once on the site. Please note that if you submit your payment as an eCheck, and not as an instant payment, we will not be able to begin making your order and/or ship your order until your eCheck payment has been cleared. Please contact me if you have any questions.

The Local Humming Bird Shipping Policy:

All orders that have been premade will ship within 3 business days. All orders that are custom may have varying shipping dates depending on the item being requested. If you would like more information about exact shipping dates on your custom order, please send a message with your questions.

All items will be shipped with tracking information. Please make sure that the
shipping address that has been provided matches the one that has been listed on PayPal. If the shipping address is not specified, it will ship to the address listed on Etsy, not the address listed on Paypal. I am not responsible for lost packages within the postal service.

The Local Humming Bird Refunds and Exchanges Policy:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you place an order, the item is then yours and cannot be refunded. Please think about the items you are looking at prior to placing the order.

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. I do not accept RETURNS, and REFUNDS and/or REPLACEMENTS will not be issued. My creations are specialty pieces and are made just for you after ordering. Please make sure to measure carefully and check the listings for the information on each item. If you have any questions about the size or fit, please contact me before purchasing. I will be happy to answer any and all questions that you may have. I want my customers to be satisfied and thrilled with what they are ordering from me! Because of this, if there is any problem at all, please let me know and I will do what I can to make it right. If an item has a defect that was caused by me, then I will gladly replace and/or repair the item once the original item has been returned to me.
