The Lodge Weddings & Events

Starting out with one small venue and a family with a shared passion for helping others, The Lodge has quickly grown into a successful business, owning and operating two venues around the Charlotte area!

Located in Charlotte at Historic Hodges Farm is The 1932 Barn, a beautifully restored vintage barn! Located on the last operating farm in Charlotte and surrounded by rolling pastures, this venue is definitely a diamond in the rough. This historic red barn features an indoor and outdoor ceremony site, soaring ceilings and gorgeous crystal chandeliers, and even a get-ready space for the bride and groom.

Located in historic downtown Salisbury is The Abbey, a gorgeous and unique renovated 1940's church. Made out of pink granite - a common feature throughout Salisbury - this property definitely stands out. This venue still showcases many original features, such as the original church pews and windows, but has been fully renovated. Wrought iron features and dark-stained wood can be seen throughout the property, and the property even features a modern and chic get-ready space for the bride as well as the groom.

All of our packages include full decor - for your ceremony, cocktail hour, food service, and reception - as well as a day-of coordinator, staff, and much more.
