Good for baking meat loaf or lean recipes. Ground chuck at 80% beef and 20% fat best for some good juicy burgers. We have a wide variety of cuts, if you don't see it ask us. We also slice carne asada, and ranchara the best of carne asada. We have deli meats too. Turkey, smoked turkey, roast beef, pastrami, ham, boloney, and salami.
