The Metropolitan Room

The Metropolitan Room, located in historic Downtown Fayetteville, features a 7,000 sq ft event facility with seating up to 400 guests. Three rooms with marble features provide the intimacy needed for your event. A special bridal suite is also available upon request. The Ballroom has the following features included in the event facility rental: Specialty Lighting, Bose Speakers, Strobe Lighting, Dimming Accent Chandeliers, Accent Up lighting, Wireless microphone, Wall mounted electronic screen with projector and wifi access. The Fountain Room offers a cascading staircase for a grand entrance, decorative fountain and sliding accent gates. The Cache Room offers a private location for vendors to set up for your event and is a great room for cocktail hour. The vintage bank vault is the ideal setting for photos and cocktails. Included in the rental is a selection of tables and high back leather chairs for the comfort of your guests. The four story parking garage is included in every event rental with 10 VIP reserved parking spots on the ground level. All floors offer elevator service and ADA access
