The Millennium Center

The building was originally constructed in 1906 to be used as the City of Winston Post Office. In 1914 the city of Winston and Salem joined together to become Winston-Salem. The building was expanded and became the US Federal Building for the region. It housed the United States Post Office, US Federal Court, US Attorney, FBI, US Marshal, Military enlistment offices and the IRS. In 1937 it was expanded again to accommodate the growing City. It functioned in this way until 1992 when it was abandoned and all operations moved to the outskirts of Downtown. The Millennium Center is celebrating 20+ years in the wedding industry.�We would be honored to host your rehearsal dinner, ceremony and wedding reception.
The Millennium Center is a privately owned full service venue located in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem. We can provide casual or fine dining services, full bar service, florals and decorations, audio/visual services, wedding design, day of coordination and most anything else you have in mind.
