Locally owned and operated, we offer intelligent yoga practice and high quality, therapeutic massage. We aim to teach yoga in a sustainable way with attention to proper alignment, yogic philosophy and with compassion; in smaller class sizes for individualized attention. We offer Yoga Teacher Training Immersions and specialized workshops to offer something for everyone to continuously deepen their practice.
