The Mindfulness Center

The Mindfulness Center is a non-profit organization which promotes health and self-healing, for individuals and the community, through charitable, educational and research programs in mind-body practices.

The Center, in downtown Bethesda, MD, offers an array of classes, services, and educational programs to the community that promote meditative awareness, stress reduction and optimal wellbeing, including:Meditation, Qigong, Yoga, Massage, Acupuncture, Tai Chi, Aerobics, Nia Dance, and more.
