That’s the atmosphere owners Scott and Steve wanted to create for The Moot House when they first took over the business 25 years ago, and the feeling you get when you walk in our doors today.

A landmark in the Fort Collins dining scene, The Moot House embraces the traditions of an “olde English pub” with warm fireplaces and cozy seating areas. But then, we take it a step further. Putting a modern twist on traditions, we combine amazing service, 30 craft beers on tap, and innovative flavors from Executive Chef Jeff Blackwell to create a dining experience for all to kick back and enjoy.

The Moot House is also passionate about serving only wholesome, sustainable food that reflects the seasons. And we accomplish it with the help of local vendors.
