At The Movement, we specialize in different forms of bodywork and energy healing to reset the mind/body connection, as well as work on muscle tightness to improve posture and full body alignment through Thai Yoga Bodywork, Fascial Stretch Therapy, and Reiki Energy Healing. Our goal is to relieve and prevent pain and tightness, increase range of motion in joints, promote health and wellness, and improve overall quality of life.

Our healing begins with a warm, comfortable space where you will be fully clothed throughout the length of the session.
