The Muscle Project

The Muscle Project is an exercise and education based facility. Through a process of specifically checking range of motion, identifying areas of inefficient muscle contraction, stimulating these muscles to contract optimally through origin and insertion work, isometrics and exercise we work with you to bring balance back to less than optimally functioning muscular systems. We do much more than just create balance in the muscular system. Through muscular system balance, exercise and education we teach clients and exercise professionals how the muscular system creates and maintains movement. We will help you set attainable goals and make appropriate choices based on current ability levels that make your goals achievable over a lifetime.
