The Music Zone Rehearsal Studios - Chicago

The Music Zone Rehearsal Studios, located at 16th & Western in Chicago, is one of the largest professional rehearsal facilities in the Chicago. We occupy over sixty thousand square feet of space that includes ninety five rehearsal rooms.
Rooms are rented on a month-to-month basis – which means the room is yours! Why pay for hourly rehearsal, when you can leave your gear in your room, and come and go as you please?
We offer a variety of different size rooms, at the most affordable rates in town. Rates range from $195 to $1000 per month, depending on the size of the room.TMZ opened its doors in July of 1996 with only nine rehearsal rooms. Since then we’ve grown into one of the largest musical communities in Chicago.
