The Mutt Hut dog daycare offers a safe and leash-free experience for the "whole dog". Our dog buddies are divided into packs based on temperament and size and moved through a scheduled rotation focusing on mental and physical activity, and plenty of social time and fun! Different stations include brain work (tracking, basic obedience, hide-and-seek), physical activity (fetch and other games), agility, social time (free play) and nap time. Our set up offers indoor playspace and outdoor potty space. We plan to have outdoor play space later this year. .

Adam Scheidt, founder and dog enthusiast, has studied dog body language, play style, safe set-ups. preventing bites and fights and more to ensure a safe, stress-free and fun experience for all pack members. We want your dog to come home tired from being physically and mentally challenged and from fun with friends, not from being stressed out!

All prospective pack members must submit a complete application and undergo a temperament test to determine best fit. Dogs must be updated on all state-required vaccinations, bordetella (kennel cough) vaccine, and we recommend that dogs have a regular flea and tick preventative. Pricing ranges from $25 to $30 for a full day. Temperament testing is free of charge.
