If we want out horse’s to be successful, we must look at the whole horse in order to ensure that our horse’s are healthy in every sense of the word. This includes the relationship between the human and the horse.

The Natural Equine applies a balanced trim that allows the horse to grow the optimal hoof.
Frequent trims (every 4-6 weeks) are very important. Respecting the "healing" angle is
paramount. Being barefoot allows the hoof to contract and expand naturally and is essential
to circulation of the blood. Taking the heal level with the frog (depending on how sunken the frog is) and creating the mustang/wild horse roll/bevel. We can create proper stimulation of the frog
and sole and enable proper growth of the foot, which in turn will naturally build a stronger,
healthier foot, eliminating cracks, flare and other issues within the foot. I will look at environment (pasture, grassy, rocky, sand) and diet to determine the best trim for your horse(s).
In looking at these critical aspects, we can allow the hoof to grow according to how nature dictates.
