The Neighborhood in Rio Rancho opened as one of the nation’s first Life Plan Retirement Community’s in April 2016. As Life Plan Community, the Neighborhood is designed to offer more than one level of care on a single campus. We offer a range of housing, from seniors who want an increased sense of community and connection.

Supportive Care at The Neighborhood is part of The Neighborhood in Rio Rancho which provides all levels of care on-site so the changing needs residents are met without having to relocate.
