The Nickels Building.

The Nickels building is a 6000 square-foot building centrally located in the heart of historic Manayunk. Built in 1896, the building housed an FW Woolworth "Five & Dime" on the first floor and dance and music hall on the second floor.

This dual use that once filled the building with the hustle and bustle of retail and the energy of dance and music will be realized again more than a century later.

The Nickels building will offer users a flexible and collaborative work share / office space in which they can work, learn, create, exhibit, market and celebrate. The key word in this statement is flexible; a space that is able to quickly transform into whatever use is envisioned.

Members of The Nickels Building will have access to a consistent schedule to co-work, convene or co-market themselves during specified hours. The event venue schedule will work around and within these member hours.
