As The Nimsky Team, we bring over forty years of professional business experience from our respective fields to BloomTree Realty.

Listening to and understanding a client’s needs, whether we are selling their home or finding a new residence, is of the utmost importance. We have made the beautiful state of Arizona our home for over 40 years. We spent the most recent twenty five years in the beautiful communities of Scottsdale, Carefree, and Prescott. During that time, we have been active participants in community and civic organizations, in volunteer and leadership roles.

As your representative, we are committed to applying our extensive business skills, talents and relationship building and to support your needs.

In our spare time, we enjoy spending time with family and take great pride in the accomplishments of our children and four beautiful grandchildren. We are avid fans of the outdoors, we enjoy exploring new activities and neighborhoods, and cherish making new friends and acquaintances along the way.

John Nimsky

John retired from a successful career as a political consultant, healthcare executive, and is the founder and owner of a national healthcare consultant company. He brings over thirty years of leadership experience as a healthcare industry executive, consultant and strategic visionary, to The Nimsky Team clients and BloomTree Realty. Nationally known for his accomplishments as a strategic thinker and innovative operations leader, John has a reputation for building long lasting professional and personal relationships in the United States and the international healthcare business community.

Shirley Nimsky

After two decades, Shirley retired from a successful career as nonprofit association executive with an international medical society and a national association. Shirley also worked in the healthcare management field for over 10 years. Shirley’s background in both the nonprofit and for profit sectors included areas of membership development, customer and client relations, marketing, continuing education as well as business development and operations. Shirley has consistently participated in local and national nonprofit organizations as a volunteer, committee member and leader.
