The Nourish Cafe

The Nourish Cafe is a Pittsfield Based Food-Service Organization with the Mission of Increasing Healthy, Local, Dietary Friendly, and Affordable Food Choices in The Berkshires.

We got our start at the Downtown Pittsfield Farmers Market. We Hope to add meal planning and delivery soon.

The Nourish Cafe was Birthed in the Mind of its Owner and Head Chef, Zachari Durso, when He concluded that Business for The Sake of Business Was No Longer an Appropriate Model to Follow.


Instead, Nourish Cafe and All Projects by Zach and His Partners Strive to Benefit the Community as much as Possible.

What we do at Nourish is

Next Level Nutrition.
We research all ingredients and recipes, run them through our rigorous nutritional guidelines, and then test them out to make sure that they pass the 'mmmmmm test'

Local
Nourish began at the Downtown Pittsfield Farmers Market, and we use products from their vendors and other Local Farms and Food Producers whenever possible

Sustainable
Just as we are researching new and better ways to cook, we also strive to 'rethink everything' about the food business and look for the best and most environmentally friendly products to put our delicious food in, and other ways to repair the world.

Giving Back
Nourish started as a project raising money and awareness to upgrade and reconfigure local food pantries, and we still do. We partner with the Pittsfield Food Pantry Collaborative on projects, and a portion of our profits always go to whatever need is greatest.
