For over 62 years, the Order of the Eastern Star have guided and supported our facility to make life better for everyone who enters our doors. Since 1951, we have been providing quality health care and treatment in a comfortable and home-like environment. We provide a complete healthcare experience and are Joint Commission Accredited as the only nursing care facility in Knox County to receive this honor.

The Ohio Eastern Star community is home to 195 residents for skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, home health and independent apartment living. We employ 220 employees and play an active role in participating and supporting community events through The Glenn A. Gallagher Center--a premiere event center for banquets, weddings, and business meetings.
