Under the muralled gaze of a teetotal-ling City pioneer, guests of The Old Sage enjoy skillfully smoked meats and seafood, crafted by two chefs recognized as some of the nation's best: Brian McCracken and Dana Tough. Using unique, non-traditional smoking techniques, the Chefs draw out delicious flavors. Simple meats, starches and vegetables are revered here.
