It's been described as a man-cave after the girlfriend got ahold of it or a sexier version of the basement in your parents house. We like both of those. Part living room, part dining...eclectic mismatched (and merged) furniture pieces create a unique environment to hang in.

Cap'n Crunch Fried Chicken! Our menu features New American sharable dishes offering a “melting pot” of traditional recipes with a unique twist, influenced by the various cultures that make up America. Our meat comes from our own 1000 acre ranch where we practice humane treatment under sustainable agricultural practices. We like meat, but we like animals too! We source local produce as best we can, update our menu seasonally and we run a clean, healthy kitchen - in fact, we opened it up to you so you can see your food being prepared through big windows.

ABOUT OUR DRINKS

We've perfected the 2-minute craft cocktail...delicious drinks without the annoying "mixology" show. High quality ingredients, lots of organics, perfectly balanced. Our One Up Old Fashioned might be the best you've had and the Monkey's Brew of scotch and house ice tea is as refreshing as they come.
