The Outhouse

Its all about a Tinker and a Dream...
THE DREAM: It started with a dream, many many moons ago, way before food trucks were cool...You have kids, you get involved in community things, school things, As years go by, dreams still there, stuck in again the "How cool would it be if I was featured on Food Network making a name for myself", yet again. The business plan got DONE, Menu done, Brainstorming ideas, done.. back in the closet it went. Its hard to be excited about something with a party of one, and the little ankle kicker came out and said you are crazy. Excited feelings yet again, then whammo another obstacle (perhaps self made), that ankle kicking self pitty party pooper. Back in the closet it goes, a vicious cycle of sort, in and out of the dusty closet the plans go, each time keeping with the same ideas, building on it, making it bigger and bigger. Go Big or go home....
THE TINKER: Then came TINKER, you hang out getting involved in community stuff, coaching kids, community activities. You have conversations when you become friends. I made the ?Mistake? of mentioning my go big grandiose idea... "Stop being a *&^% and all talk, it is your dream, your goal, then you need to go for it. Stop making EXCUSES." Whoa, it was the words that made me get hit with that reality bus, Shit, I was not getting younger, you get stuck, life is status quo. "NOW is the time, the time is right. We can build from scratch, build from the ground up." It helps that he is Mr. Tinker, one who does not shy away from a building challenge, who also has the go big or go home kind of personality, but the difference is, that he is the doer, me not so much,I am more of a planner to a fault.
AND HENCE, THE OUTHOUSE IS BORN~
