The Outsiders Movement

The Outsiders are a group of young people who seek to change the world from its “cynical” ways. We want to impact the people who don’t know who they are or their self-worth and help them to see that they matter. We want to give a voice to a generation that has been labeled as irresponsible, reckless, and without priorities. In being the voice of our generation we can show that not only are the stereotypes about us wrong, but we matter and even more importantly we care. We want to help the world move forward and encourage the younger generation to help make a positive contribution to society.

The hardest thing about being an Outsider is the feeling of loneliness that comes with being different from your peers. As fellow Outsiders we not only understand the pain that is associated with feeling alone, but we want all of the other outsiders to know that there is nothing wrong with being different. We want to send a message that says “You are not alone, we are your fellow Outsiders."
