The Park Church

Serving one God in three locations, The Park Church is making use of God's resources to extend the Love, the Life, and the Lordship of Jesus Christ to everyone, in every way, in every place, at every time we have the opportunity. Beginning as a small prayer group, The Park has grown tremendously. For nearly 100 years, The Park Church, formally University Park Baptist Church, has been a great influence and impact in the area. Under the leadership of Bishop Claude Richard Alexander, Jr., The Park stands to meet the spiritual and practical needs of the local Charlotte community, the church in America and Globally. With its locations in North, South, and East Charlotte, The Park has been able to provide a place for spiritual transformation and growth, practical support, encouragement, and vital education for life.
