The People’s Store is a not for profit store. The money received in the store from the purchases is used to buy USA made merchandise. The money that is not used for our stock is used to fund the YSU scholarship. We believe that investing in education in our community is a sustainable return on our investment.

YSU offers an opportunity to its students to invest in our communities through excellent education and opportunities. We are proud to be involved in the future of this region. YSU / UAW / GM Scholarships where started in 1991 and have awarded $172,000.00 to YSU.
