The Perch

The Perch is a one-of-a-kind pet shop and cafe in the heart of Colorado Springs! We carry all the food and supplies you need to give your amazing bird a wonderful, healthy life.

Visitors can also enjoy locally roasted coffee and baked goods in the company of beautiful, adoptable parrots.

Wonderful birds are being given up to shelters and rescue organizations every day — and we believe those pets deserve good homes. That’s why no animals will ever be sold at The Perch. All the birds you will meet here come from Metro Denver Parrot Rescue, a not-for-profit organization that finds loving homes for companion birds throughout the Colorado Front Range.

We invite everyone to relax and enjoy watching or spending time with the incredible birds we have here. We offer locally roasted coffee as well as other beverages and snacks in our cafe to make your visit enjoyable for as long as you would like to stay.

We offer a wide variety of the best food, toys, and accessories available. We ONLY sell products that we would use for our own birds or the foster birds in our care.
