The Perfect Bite

After more than four decades running on the big wheel, I decided to jump off. I "retired" from a successful career, sold my house, took a couple months off and bought a food truck. I want tocook for people who don't have much choice of what to eat, and give them a reasonably priced, healthy, lunch. I fondly remember the "roach coach" that came to Thomas Davis Clinic when I worked there in 1984+ It was a great thing to have that choice once in awhile and the food was good, although I don't remember it being healthy... I look forward to seeing familiar faces when I get rolling. If it is your day off, you can step aside and wait, I want to feed the people who have 30 min and gotta get back to work! An alternative to Mac and Sonic and Wieners, a break from making your own lunch for a day.
So, healthy choice, reasonable price, limited availability. Let's see what it feels like to walk on a smaller wheel. Peace
