Is your company having a picnic? Productivity will rise when you tell them it will be catered by The Pit. Are you wanting a wedding catered but don't want to pay a fortune for a bunch of doo-dads on toothpicks? If you want elegant and fancy, call someone else. But if you want a real meal that's affordable then give The Pit a call. We can give you a quote for a dinner with beef brisket or a combination of meats. Catered dinners come with potato salad, cole slaw, pinto beans, and all the fixings. Don't forget to order dessert. Nothing like a little cobbler to finish off a meal. Call early to reserve a date.

You can get the same meal that you would on a catering, but you pick it up and serve it yourself. Get a couple of 'volunteers' from your company to help set it up and serve and you save some money over the catering price. You don't have to order a complete dinner this way. Just tell us what you want and how many you want to serve. Just give us a call and we will give you a bid.

Custom Cooking: (512) 930-BEEF

We do custom cooking. Bring in your meat and we will cook it up for you just like it was one of our own. Got a turkey sitting in your freezer taking up space? Bring it on down. Having a family get together and don't feel like standing out over the grill all day? Let us take care of it. We will custom cook your turkeys, chickens, briskets, sausage, pork loin, etc. for $1 per pound. If you want it sliced up or carved up it is an additional .50 cents per pound. If you bring in an item, thawed out, you can pick it up the next day. If it is frozen, please bring it in two days in advance.
