Plum Pony bags are made with beautiful, high-quality fabrics and incorporate eco-friendly, sustainable cork leather and faux leather accents. How To Order

At this time, you can order a finished bag as it is posted on the page or from my Etsy shop. Simply comment on the posted item (first come, first served). I prefer Paypal and can invoice you directly once you comment on the post and provide your Paypal email address. If you prefer to shop through Etsy, see my site there for information!

I am currently taking a small number of custom orders. Please look through the Photo Albums to see a few of the styles of bags that are currently available. New styles added frequently, so check back often! Please keep in mind that I take my time in making the bags because I want to make a quality product (and like everyone else I have a busy schedule!). Feel free to message me if you like and we can discuss fabrics and options for your handcrafted bag, tote, or wallet.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of order. If you are an Ohio resident, I will need to charge sales tax at the rate of 7.25%.

Shipping

Buyer pays shipping costs (which are not included in the bag prices unless otherwise stated). I prefer to ship via USPS, if you need other arrangements, please message me in advance. It is highly recommended that shipping insurance be added to the shipping of your item. I do not refund for lost items. If local to me, I'm happy to accommodate pickup/meet up for delivery. I will try to package items as carefully as possible. If your bag arrives a little crumpled, a quick steam with an iron will usually sort it right out.

Returns

Stock items may be returned, unused and in original condition, for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 3 days of receipt of item. No refunds on custom orders or on lost items (see above).
