The Point at Sunset Beach

The Point on Sunset Beach is nestled on the cozy southern end of Sunset Beach, just steps away from the beach access walkways to the sand.
One shared tenant garage is provided for storage of beach accessories, and each unit has designated private parking. The infamous Caddy’s on the Beach restaurant is within walking distance along either the beach or the sidewalk.
A City of Treasure Island public pavilion with parking and playground, public boat ramp and fishing dock are all just a short walk down the road, as well. Groceries and necessities are a quick 5-minute drive in either direction off of Sunset Beach.
Other beautiful beach communities along Florida’s treasure coast offer a wide array of activities – John’s Pass on Madeira Beach is a local and tourist favorite for restaurants, shopping, dolphin charters, and even pirate parties.
However, should you tire of the beach life, downtown St. Petersburg is just a 15 minute drive away, and offers a fresh and vibrant atmosphere, with activities and entertainment across the gamut: theatre, museums, shopping, Segway tours and more.
