The Pointe Apartments

Thank you for having inquired about our community. We have some great options for your move to The Pointe. The smallest of the three 1 bedroom apartments is 600sq ft. The medium 1 bedroom is 610 sq. ft. has stackable washer and dryer units, and a fireplace. The largest 1 bedroom of 740 sq. ft. has stackable washer and dryer units, a wet bar, fireplace, a sunken living room floor on the first level or a vaulted living room ceiling on the second level.

We also have three choices of the 2 bedroom apartments. The smallest 2 bedroom has 2 baths, is 980sq.ft. We have a 2 bedroom 1 bath of 1000sq ft. with stackable washer and dryer units, a wet bar, fireplace, sunken living room floor on the first level or a vaulted living room ceiling on the second level. The 2 bedroom 2 bath of 1276sq ft. has the same features as the two bedroom one bath with the exception of full size washer and dryer connections, wet bar, fireplace, sunken living room floor on the first level or a vaulted living room ceiling on the second.

We are pet friendly! We allow cats and dogs only.There are no restrictions on breed, weight, or size.

While enjoying the view of the majestic Franklin Mountains, or the El Paso sunsets you can also take advantage of our fitness center that is available to our residents 24 hours a day.
