The Poised Box

The Poised Box is a rather simple concept which originated from a simple question “Where will our wedding guests place their gift cards?” A bird cage? A treasure chest? A basket? No way, I wanted something much more unique, something elegant, something grand, a centerpiece, a showpiece centered on the place card table adorned with our guest book and engagement photos. After all, it’s the little details that make the entire wedding reception warm and inviting. Shortly after meeting with the cake designer I was inspired to design a box that resembled our wedding cake. My father, the Engineer, designed the blueprints and constructed a sturdy, totally secure, indestructible card box from the exact dimensions given to him by the cake designer. It was the perfect idea and our guests loved it. From that day forward we have pleased many friends and family members with our unique concept and have received an outpouring of praise from their attendees.

Each Card Box is delicately constructed by hand and capable of handling the weight of hundreds of cards. Each box resembles a 3 tier wedding cake, and typically measures 18 inches in height, and 16 inches in width. The boxes are wrapped and decorated with embellishments of your choice matching your events particular color scheme, and customized according to your style and event theme.
