Proprietor, Dana Ward, has been working in food service since 1976. She is a skilled cook, server, hostess and restaurant manager. She is very personable -- she remembers her patrons favorites and any diet restrictions which have been brought to her attention.
Dana has moved beyond the skills she learned from her mother, Barbara Ward, and has become a successful chef. She is very creative and frequently offers exquisite specials.
Her mother and original teacher will be her backup while the business grows.
