We are a fairly exclusive location in that we have only been exploiting our facility for this use for a short time. Given that, it has not been over shot as most LA locations can be. We have successfully supported many facets of filming, lately we have found a new niche and had several reality shows testing different types of experiments in our shop facility and our pasture areas. 2 bed 2 bath guest house for makeup and wardrobe. 360 degree endless views some with city/ homes some with no sign of civilization at all. We have many different looks and are able to support music videos, feature films, tv, still model shoots etc.
